Nearing the end of our Summer gigs with a handful snuck in for Autumn when we’ll go into a hibernation bunker recording our next EP (for release Spring ’18), only popping our snouts out for the very best of venues and offers we cant refuse 😉

Taunton Live 2017

Big fun for Palooka 5 at Taunton Live Arts Festival 2017 Music on Castle Green – thanks to all Taunton Live Arts Festival 2017 team, all the bands and to Fuelled By Cider’s Mike and Michelle plus James Windsor on the desk. Next stop for Palooka 5  is Outcider Festival 4th – 6th August, 2017. Steven Driskel of Soulphotography has worked his usual miracle , making us look almost human, thanks again comrade

Surf Mayhem at Broadcider

Extreme Palooka 5 gratitude to all who ventured out into the drizzle to throw themselves about to some unhinged surf mayhem at BroadCider. Top day and nights fun thanks to the Fuelled By Cider folk. A weekend off, then we played a with a cracking bill at Taunton Live Arts Festival 2017 Music on Castle Green.

Sunset Ridge 2017

Next gig of the weekend was the surftastic Welliestock 2017 Music Festival and VW Show and Shine The sun shone a we made merry with new and old pals. Extra kudos to Welliestock’s King Pin of the Keys Huw Weston – a force for good in local music. Thanks again all xx

A cheeky lil Festie called Southcider

Summer lovin’ to all who came to SouthCider Festival. The sun shone and we made merry with new and old pals. Extra love to the coolest ‘guitar tech’ this side of Cincinnati, yankydoodell dandy himself Mr James Weston – your string changing skills saved our bacon.


The Plough Sat 17th June

Hot hot hot! Well done and thanks to all the heat hardened hench who braved The Plough Inn Taunton to slide about to the surfin sounds of Palooka 5.
